Upon arrival at Colombo airport, our staff will warmly welcome you and transfer you to the touring
vehicle. Our first destination on tour is Anuradhapura, UNESCO World Heritage site. Visitors marvel
at the sacred Bodhi tree, and many stupas and ruins . Continuing, we arrive at Polonnaruwa, which
is also a UNESCO World Heritage site , served as Sri Lanka’s second capital after Anuradhapura’s
destruction. Founded in the 10th century, Polonnaruwa showcases remarkable architecture. Next,
we venture to Minneriya National Park, a wildlife sanctuary famous for its wild elephants and diverse
species sightings. UNESCO World Heritage site Sigiriya, renowned for ancient frescoes and a
palace complex. Dambulla Cave Temple is another UNESCO World Heritage site we will visit,
adorned with vibrant murals depicting Buddhist narratives is must-see. Our journey leads to Kandy,
also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which was the last capital of ancient Sri Lanka and houses the
Sacred Temple of the Tooth. Venturing further, we reach Pinnawala, home to the world’s first
Elephant Orphanage and a sanctuary for rescued elephants. Navigating the serene waters of the
Madu River, visitors enjoy scenic boat rides through lush mangrove forests. Finally, Bentota, a
coastal town known for pristine beaches and water sports, offers a delightful experience. Each
destination unfolds Sri Lanka’s narrative, weaving history, spirituality, and natural beauty.
